About EEQS
Providing Innovative Engineering Solutions to the Automotive Industry
We aim to provide the highest quality automotive services in South Africa
EEQS was established by Sinethemba Sakuba, a highly skilled and experienced former employee of Mercedes Benz South Africa. Mr. Sakuba had worked at MBSA for 13 years, holding various important roles in the QM Division, including Field Quality Campaign Specialist, Part Quality Engineer, and EE Technician. As a graduate of the Mercedes Benz Learning Academy, he deeply embraced the MBSA culture and had a strong passion for exploring new opportunities.
Alongside Vusumuzi Ndlovu, the Operations Director, and Thembisa Gafini, the Plant Manager, both of whom were also former MBSA employees, they collectively possessed 60 years of industry experience. They joined forces as shareholders, with the goal of venturing into the automotive industry. This decision was inspired by the opportunity presented by MBSA under the Enterprise Supplier Development program, as well as their determination to drive transformation in the supply chain.
